At Viona Chikankari, we want you to receive your order in good condition and as described on our website.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only in eligible cases where the product received is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Different from the product ordered
  • Incorrect item received

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Contact us at Vionachikankari@gmmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID.
  3. Clearly explain the issue with your order.
  4. Share clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the product and the issue.
  5. Keep the product unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Our team will review the request and determine whether it qualifies under our return policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-eligible reasons.

For an approved return due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Viona Chikankari may provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products altered by the customer
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Minor colour variations caused by different screen or device settings
  • Normal variations in embroidery, threadwork, texture, or handcrafted details that are characteristic of Chikankari products

Important

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This can help us verify any issue with the product or shipment.

All return, exchange, replacement, and store-credit requests are subject to verification and approval by Viona Chikankari.
